Essential networks maintenance

On Saturday 11th May between 8am and 10am Information and Digital Services will be carrying out essential maintenance work on our networks. During this upgrade period, the Visitor WiFi registration portal and the Magnet portal should be considered at risk.

Access to eduroam and all other network services should operate as normal during this upgrade. If you have difficulty accessing the network or the portals following this work, please contact the IT Service Desk by emailing it.service@keele.ac.uk

VPN Services VPN Connectivity Issues

We are receiving reports from some users that they have been disconnected from the VPN and are unable to reconnect. We are currently investigating the issue and will provide an update shortly.

  • Upon further investigation the issue appears to have been external to Keele only effecting users of Virgin Media.

  • iOS update causing uPay app log-in issues
