On Saturday 11th May between 8am and 10am Information and Digital Services will be carrying out essential maintenance work on our networks. During this upgrade period, the Visitor WiFi registration portal and the Magnet portal should be considered at risk.

Access to eduroam and all other network services should operate as normal during this upgrade. If you have difficulty accessing the network or the portals following this work, please contact the IT Service Desk by emailing it.service@keele.ac.uk

IDS will be preparing our internet systems for upgrades on Tuesday 28th May from 6am-8.30am. During this time, the service will not be fully resilient and should be considered at risk. Please contact the IT Service Desk if you have difficulties connecting to the internet after this upgrade window.
