Issues with Outlook Web App Thursday 1st October 2020 08:53:00


Microsoft has reported issues some users will be experiencing when trying to access the Outlook Web App (Outlook in your browser).

This may be affecting some Keele colleagues and preventing them from logging on to their emails. Others who are able to log on may find there is a delay in sending or receiving email.

Microsoft are working to resolve this issue and we apologise for any inconvenience caused to our users.

In addition to issues with the Outlook Web App, Microsoft has also reported issues with the following:

  • Files stored in SharePoint (including in OneDrive and Teams)
  • RSVPs to meeting invites
  • Search function across Office 365 apps As well as some degradation to access to the Outlook mobile and desktop apps. They continue to investigate and work to remedy the situation. Apologies again for any inconvenience this is causing.
