SITS Live Upgrade to version 10.9

SITS Live will be upgraded to version 10.9 on Wednesday 26th November. In order to prepare for the upgrade the system will be unavailable for staff and student use from 5:00pm on Tuesday 25th November. We will endeavour to make it available again from 9:00am on Thursday 27th November.

Turnitin Invalid or missing state error message when accessing Turnitin

We are currently investigating issues some users are having when accessing Turnitin on different web browsers such as Safari, the issue appears to be caused by an update to browser security and privacy settings. If you receive this error when trying to access Turnitin please use a different web browser such as Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. If you are still having problems after trying alternative web browsers please contact the IT Service Desk so we can assist you further - https://www.keele.ac.uk/it/contactus/
