A number of student IT accounts are currently inaccessible.

We are currently investigating an issue affecting access to some student IT accounts.

  • Most IT accounts should now be restored, if you find you still cannot access your account it might mean that it will still need to update overnight. If you still cannot access the account by 9am on Tuesday please let us know.

    Thank you for your patience and we apologise for the inconvenience this issue has caused.

  • Our Teams are working on restoring access to affected student accounts and accounts are starting to become available again, if you are still unable to access your account please continue to try throughout the day. A further update will be provided when all accounts are available again.

    Turnitin Invalid or missing state error message when accessing Turnitin

    We are currently investigating issues some users are having when accessing Turnitin on different web browsers such as Safari, the issue appears to be caused by an update to browser security and privacy settings. If you receive this error when trying to access Turnitin please use a different web browser such as Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.     Reporting Tools Tableau issues
