Essential networks maintenance

On Saturday 11th May between 8am and 10am Information and Digital Services will be carrying out essential maintenance work on our networks. During this upgrade period, the Visitor WiFi registration portal and the Magnet portal should be considered at risk.

Access to eduroam and all other network services should operate as normal during this upgrade. If you have difficulty accessing the network or the portals following this work, please contact the IT Service Desk by emailing it.service@keele.ac.uk

eVision/SCIMS scims.keele.ac.uk unavailable

Users are currently unable to access scims.keele.ac.uk - we are investigating this issue and will have it resolved as soon as possible. Apologies for any inconvenience this is causing.

  • 16:04 - We believe these issues are now resolved. If you continue to have problems accessing the system, please contact the IT Service Desk.

  • 15:32 - We are continuing to see issues with access to SCIMS and eVision. We believe we have identified the cause of the issue so are now working to resolve it. Apologies again for any inconvenience this is causing.

  • We are continuing to see issues with evision, users are currently unable to access scims.keele.ac.uk - we are investigating this issue and will have it resolved as soon as possible. Apologies for any inconvenience this is causing.

  • The issue has been resolved. If you experience further issues accessing the system, please contact the IT Service Desk.

  • 10:07 - The system should now be available again, apologies again for the inconvenience.
