A number of student IT accounts are currently inaccessible.
We are currently investigating an issue affecting access to some student IT accounts.
Most IT accounts should now be restored, if you find you still cannot access your account it might mean that it will still need to update overnight. If you still cannot access the account by 9am on Tuesday please let us know.

Microsoft O365Microsoft Teams
Microsoft are aware of issues accessing Microsoft Teams & Audio/Video calls.
Users able to access Microsoft Teams may experience degraded performance with multiple features.
We'll update on the situation shortly.
Update 13:27 - Microsoft have reported that they have completed work to resolve these issues and users should now start seeing a return of service.
Update 13:05 - Microsoft have confirmed these issues are affecting users globally and they are working to resolve the issues. Keele users are having intermittent issues with accessing calls, using chat/comments, and with call quality.

eVision/SCIMSIntermittent issues with Remote Apps
We are currently investigating issues some users are experiencing with Remote Apps, including the SCIMS client. Our team are looking into this and will work to resolve issues asap.
