We are currently investigating an issue affecting access to some student IT accounts.
Most IT accounts should now be restored, if you find you still cannot access your account it might mean that it will still need to update overnight. If you still cannot access the account by 9am on Tuesday please let us know.

VPN ServicesVPN Connectivity Issues
We are receiving reports from some users that they have been disconnected from the VPN and are unable to reconnect. We are currently investigating the issue and will provide an update shortly.
Upon further investigation the issue appears to have been external to Keele only effecting users of Virgin Media.
iOS update causing uPay app log-in issues
