Essential networks maintenance

On Saturday 11th May between 8am and 10am Information and Digital Services will be carrying out essential maintenance work on our networks. During this upgrade period, the Visitor WiFi registration portal and the Magnet portal should be considered at risk.

Access to eduroam and all other network services should operate as normal during this upgrade. If you have difficulty accessing the network or the portals following this work, please contact the IT Service Desk by emailing it.service@keele.ac.uk

Phones Issues with inbound Calls

10:35 We are currently experiencing issues with inbound calls to University numbers not connecting through. We are working with our supplier to get this fixed as soon as possible.

  • 13:10 - These issues are now resolved and incoming calls to the University are connecting.

    Thank you for bearing with us while we worked to resolve issues.

  • 12:20 - We are continuing to work with our supplier to rectify issues with inbound calls.
