Maintenance
12th March: WiFi maintenance works

On 12th March at 4am Information & Digital Services will be patching our Wi-Fi network. This work is being carried out to secure and upgrade the Wi-Fi network. 

Work will be carried out to WiFi on campus and at Keele in Town. During this time you might notice some performance degradation but it will not be a full outage. Information & Digital Services apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Maillists Course based mail lists

We are currently investigating issues with course based mail lists.

  • Course based mail lists are available again. If you are still having problems please contact the IT Service Desk.

    • Microsoft O365 MO448096 - Some users are unable to login with Microsoft Authenticator App push notifications

    Users with Microsoft Authenticator with push notifications as their default MFA option may experience issues signing into any service protected by Azure SSO. Microsoft is aware of this issue and is investigating.

    If you experience this issue, please use an alternative verification method such as SMS or phone call. You can also open the Microsoft Authenticator App and use a generated code instead of push notifications.

  • Microsoft has identified a routine network configuration change to be the cause and has rolled back the change. Microsoft has tested and confirmed that this issue is now resolved.
