Maintenance
12th March: WiFi maintenance works

On 12th March at 4am Information & Digital Services will be patching our Wi-Fi network. This work is being carried out to secure and upgrade the Wi-Fi network. 

Work will be carried out to WiFi on campus and at Keele in Town. During this time you might notice some performance degradation but it will not be a full outage. Information & Digital Services apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Phones IT Service Desk Phone line currently unavailable

We are currently experiencing problems with receiving incoming calls to the IT Service Desk. If you need to contact us please use Self Service by going to https://servicedesk.keele.ac.uk in a web browser or by email - it.service@keele.ac.uk

  • The IT Service Desk phone line - 01782 733838 is now available again.

    • Keele People Keele People Self Service unavailable

    We're currently experiencing issues with Keele People employee self service - our suppliers are currently investigating this.

  • We believe the issue is now resolved. If you are still having problems please contact the IT Service Desk.
