Maintenance
12th March: WiFi maintenance works

On 12th March at 4am Information & Digital Services will be patching our Wi-Fi network. This work is being carried out to secure and upgrade the Wi-Fi network. 

Work will be carried out to WiFi on campus and at Keele in Town. During this time you might notice some performance degradation but it will not be a full outage. Information & Digital Services apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

CMS timeout issues

We are currently looking into ongoing issues with the CMS (Terminal 4), used for updating information on the Keele web pages and staff intranet. The system is experiencing intermittent issues with timing out on users.

    Turnitin Turnitin Issues

    We are currently investigating an issue with Turnitin and will provide an update as soon as more information is available.

  • Turnitin has now resolved the issue. If you are still having problems accessing Turnitin please contact the IT Service Desk.
