Maintenance

12th March: WiFi maintenance works

On 12th March at 4am Information & Digital Services will be patching our Wi-Fi network. This work is being carried out to secure and upgrade the Wi-Fi network. 

Work will be carried out to WiFi on campus and at Keele in Town. During this time you might notice some performance degradation but it will not be a full outage. Information & Digital Services apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Microsoft O365 Issue where users may be unable to access their files within Microsoft 365 services

We are currently aware from Microsoft of issues accessing files within O365 which is affecting users globally - we are awaiting further updates, but if you experience this problem, please try again accessing the file.
