Maintenance
12th March: WiFi maintenance works

On 12th March at 4am Information & Digital Services will be patching our Wi-Fi network. This work is being carried out to secure and upgrade the Wi-Fi network. 

Work will be carried out to WiFi on campus and at Keele in Town. During this time you might notice some performance degradation but it will not be a full outage. Information & Digital Services apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

KLE - Blackboard PebblePad

We experiencing issues with Keele users logging into PebblePad direct - we are currently investigating. Please log into PebblePad via the KLE for the time being.

  • These issues have now been resolved.

  • PebblePad is currently unavailable while work to repair a fault is ongoing.

    Information & Digital Services and KIITE are working with the supplier this morning (26 January) to rectify account management issues.

    We apologise for any inconvenience caused and will reinstate access as soon as possible.
