Microsoft O365 Issues with Microsoft Teams Chats & Posts

Microsoft has confirmed it is investigating issues with chats and posts in Microsoft Teams this morning.

The fault is causing some Teams chat messages and posts to fail. This is a widespread issue affecting users across the platform. If you get a 'message failed to send' error, please retry sending your message.

Apologies for any inconvenience this is causing.

This issue has now been resolved.

Update 11:10am - Microsoft has provided the following update: "We have redirected traffic and monitoring is showing signs of recovery. We’re continuing to monitor the environment to confirm resolution."
