12th March: WiFi maintenance works

On 12th March at 4am Information & Digital Services will be patching our Wi-Fi network. This work is being carried out to secure and upgrade the Wi-Fi network. 

Work will be carried out to WiFi on campus and at Keele in Town. During this time you might notice some performance degradation but it will not be a full outage. Information & Digital Services apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Microsoft O365 Teams Meeting disruption

Some users are experiencing issues in Teams meetings with functionality such as screen sharing and recording sessions. This does not appear to be a widespread issue but is causing some disruption at Keele - it has been reported to Microsoft.

These issues now seem to be resolved.
